At JYDC Ventures LLC, dab Dust To Drawn Bows, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have confidence in every purchase. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through our website, dusttodrawnbows.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns on select new, unused, and unmodified items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original, unaltered condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by shipping cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

To begin a return, please contact us at dusttodrawnbows@gmail.com with your order number and details. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because of safety, customization, and performance factors, certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Strings
-
Gift cards or downloadable items

Clearance or “Final Sale” items

3. Damaged or Defective Products
​
We inspect every order carefully, but if your product arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order number.

We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Damage caused by misuse, dry firing, improper use, or neglect is not covered under this policy. Please see Warranty for further details.

4. Exchanges
​
We only allow exchanges of select items (i.e. shirts) if the wrong size was shipped — as long as the product remains unused and in new condition.

Please email dusttoddrawnbows@gmail.com within 7 days to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs may apply.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a verified product defect.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Order Cancellations
​
Custom Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet entered production.
​
Once processing or customization begins, cancellations may not be possible.
