At Dust To Drawn Bows, we’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website, dusttodrawnbows.com.
 

1. Order Processing

Ready to Ship Bows and other Items in Inventory:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete and another notification when your order ships.

Made To Order Custom Bows:

 

Custom bows that are made to order may take 3 months or more to complete, depending on the backlog, before they can be shipped. We will do our best to provide updated progress on your bow via email once it is started.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 7-10 business days, depending upon delivery location.

Please note that these are estimates — actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or external factors.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Domestic Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.

5. International Shipping (Not Available At This Time)

We currently do not ship internationally.

6. Delays and Exceptions

 

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can happen due to:

  • Weather or natural events

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

 

We’re not responsible for delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier, but we’ll help track and resolve issues when possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  2. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please report lost or damaged items within 3 days of delivery.
