This longbow makes a great Renaissance Faire bow! Ambidextrous custom traditional 68 inch almost all heartwood yew longbow hand-made from spliced staves (spliced at the handle). Tillered to draw 27 pounds at a 30 inch draw length (please note 30" is the maximum draw length for this bow - see Draw Weight Curve chart for draw weights at shorter draw lengths) with bison horn nock tip overlays.
Cherry colored stain, finished with six coats of shellac and buffed with steel wool and wax polish. Matching custom hand-cut and hand-sewn leather grip with suede arrow pass (shoot off the hand).
Hand-made 14-strand B55 Dacron flemish twist string (Root Beer and Mountain Berry) with black center serving material and green nocking points.
Includes leather string keeper (holds the string on the bow when unstrung) and fleece bow sock.
