This snakey and knotty right-handed custom traditional 70 inch osage orange longbow is hand-made from a spliced stave (spliced at the handle) and tillered to draw 44 pounds at a 30 inch draw length (please note this is the maximum draw length for this bow - see Draw Weight Curve chart for draw weights at shorter draw lengths). The stave was leaf-cured providing a unique deep rich natural color and sealed with Tru-Oil and satin polyurethane.
Custom hand-cut and hand-sewn beaver tail leather grip, leather arrow pass (shoot off the hand) and bison horn nock tip overlays.
Hand-made 14-strand B55 Dacron flemish twist string (Black and White) with black center serving material.
Includes leather string keeper (holds the string on the bow when unstrung) and fleece bow sock.
